Model 463.323 (M612)

Air cleaner and air filter

Details of installation of the air cleaner (M612)

Replacement of the filtering element (M612)

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove panels of finishing of a cover of a head of cylinders.
  2. Disconnect an electrical wiring from the termoanemometrichesky MAF (B2/5) sensor.
  3. Remove an air inlet (1).
  4. Remove a sleeve (2) intakes of air of a path of pressurization, - in case of need prepare a replaceable fixing collar.
  5. Turn out fixing bolts (4) and remove the top section (cover) (3) casings of the air cleaner (11).
  6. Take the filtering element (5).
  7. Dismantle rubber sealing rings (6) from a cover of a head of cylinders, - the damaged rings are subject to replacement.
  8. In case of need turn out fixing bolts (8) with washers (9) and remove the lower section (7) of a casing of the air cleaner (11).
  9. Installation is made upside-down, - before installation of the filtering element (5) clean the pyleotvodyashchy valve (10), do not forget to nullify the indication of the service indicator after replacement of an element.

Assembly of an air inlet with the sensor of measurement of mass of air (MAF)

Details of installation of assembly of an air inlet with the MAF (M612) sensor

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove panels of finishing of a cover of a head of cylinders.
  2. Disunite the socket (1) electrical wiring of the MAF sensor.
  3. Disconnect a sleeve (2), turn out bolts (3) and uncover the air cleaner (4).
  4. Turn out bolts (5) and separate from a cover (4) air cleaners an air inlet with the built-in MAF (B2/6) sensor, - check a condition of a sealing ring, in case of need prepare a replaceable element.
  5. Installation is made upside-down.
  6. In conclusion make cleaning of memory of the module of onboard self-diagnostics (see the Head Sistemy of electric equipment of the engine).

The sensor of temperature of the soaked-up air (IAT)

Details of installation of the IAT (M612) sensor

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove protection of a case.
  2. Disunite the socket (1) electrical wiring of the IAT (B17) sensor.
  3. Squeeze fixing brackets (arrows) and remove the IAT (B17) sensor.

In order to avoid damage of fixing brackets do not remove and do not install the IAT sensor with the connected electrical wiring, - in case of damage of brackets the sensor is subject to replacement without fail!

  1. Installation is made upside-down.
  2. In conclusion make cleaning of memory of the module of onboard self-diagnostics (see the Head Sistemy of electric equipment of the engine).

Air duct of a path of pressurization

Details of installation of components of an inlet air path (M612)

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Empty the cooling system (see the Head the Current leaving and service).
  2. Remove an aspiratorny sleeve (1).
  3. Disconnect an air sleeve (2) from a turbocompressor, - do not forget to disconnect an electrical wiring (3) and a hose (4) ventilations of a case.
  4. Remove ventilatory assembly of the cooling system (see the Head of the Cooling system, heating, ventilation and air conditioning), - do not forget to install the screen of protection of the radiator/condenser of the air conditioning system (the metal or plastic plate of 400x680x1 mm in size equipped with a suitable basic arm).
  5. Remove a hose of a cooling path (5).
  6. Disconnect a hose of a cooling path (6) from the water pump.
  7. Release a collar (9) and remove an air sleeve (7), - presence at a sleeve of insignificant amount of oil is admissible and is explained by normal functioning of system of ventilation of a case.
  8. Turn out bolts (10), release a bolt (11) and remove an air duct (12) of a path of pressurization.
  9. Installation is made upside-down. Do not forget to check a condition of sealing rings (8), in case of need make replacement. Track correctness of landing of a fixing collar (9).

Mixing camera

Details of installation of the mixing camera of an air path (M612)

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the panel (1) of finishing of the air distributor.
  2. Disconnect a vacuum hose (2).
  3. Release a spring lock ring (6) and disconnect an air sleeve (3) from the mixing camera (4), - prepare a replaceable sealing ring (5).
  4. Remove the mixing camera (4), - do not forget to prepare a replaceable sealing element (7).
  5. Dismantle a branch pipe (8).
  6. Carefully smooth out the landing surface of the mixing camera.
  7. Installation is made upside-down. Track reliability of landing of a spring lock ring (6).

Air distributor

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Open a cowl and record it in vertical position.
  2. Remove panels (1 and 2) of finishing of a cover of a head of cylinders.
  3. On models of the corresponding complete set (ET2 code) activate the service mode of system of an emergency call of TELE AID (see the Section Activation/deactivation of the Service Mode of System of an Emergency Call of TELE AID).
  4. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
  5. Remove protection of a case.
  6. Empty the cooling system (see the Head the Current leaving and service).
  7. On models of the corresponding complete set (H12 code) remove an additional heater (see the Head of the Cooling system, heating, ventilation and air conditioning).
  8. Remove a cooler of fuel (3).
  9. Remove the device of heating of fuel (4).
  10. Remove the fuel highway (5) (see the Section Removal and installation of the fuel distributive highway and nozzles).
  11. Remove from the highway the bearing assembly brackets (5).
  12. Remove the main fuel filter (6).
  13. Otboltite top support (7) of the air distributor (8).
  14. By means of the manual pump pump out hydraulic liquid from the tank of the steering pump (11) (see the Head the Current leaving and service).
  15. Disconnect from the steering pump (11) a hydraulic hose (10), - at once to a zakuporta the open ends of a hose and nipple connection.
  16. Remove the tank of the steering pump (9) (see the Head Podvesk and steering).
  17. Disconnect vacuum lines on the control unit of the mixing camera.
  18. Disconnect an air sleeve (12) from the mixing camera (13), - in case of need prepare replaceable fixing collars.
  19. Remove the mixing camera (13) (see above).
  20. Dismantle a branch pipe (14), - prepare replaceable sealing rings.
  21. Remove a thermostat casing (see the Head of the Cooling system, heating, ventilation and air conditioning).
  22. Remove a basic arm (15) of fastening to the air distributor (8) of a path of system of recirculation of the fulfilled gases (EGR).
  23. Disconnect the electrical wiring laid behind the air distributor (8) (the heater, the CKP sensor and the drive of shutdown of inlet port).
  24. Otboltite the air distributor (8) from the lower basic arm (16).
  25. Installation is made upside-down, - track that all landing surfaces were smoothed out very carefully, do not forget to replace the failed sealing elements.
  26. In conclusion check the corresponding components of the cooling system of the engine for existence of signs of development of leaks, deactivate the service mode of the TELE AID system (see the Section Activation/deactivation of the Service Mode of System of an Emergency Call of TELE AID) and clear memory of the module of onboard self-diagnostics (see the Head Sistemy of electric equipment of the engine).

Electric motor of the drive of shutdown of inlet port

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. On models of the corresponding complete set (ET2 code) activate the service mode of system of an emergency call of TELE AID (see the Section Activation/deactivation of the Service Mode of System of an Emergency Call of TELE AID).
  1. Turn on the auxiliary accumulator and connect it to the regular battery, then disconnect from the last a negative wire and insulate the polar plug in order to avoid casual short circuit it on a point of grounding of W10.

  2. Remove protection of a case.

  5. Turn out a bolt (1) and remove a rack (3) from a head of a spherical support (2), - try not to damage a rack.
  6. Disunite the socket (4) electrical wirings and remove an electric motor (M55) of the drive of shutdown of inlet port.
  7. Installation is made upside-down. Do not forget to deactivate the service mode of the TELE AID system (see the Section Activation/deactivation of the Service Mode of System of an Emergency Call of TELE AID) and make cleaning of memory of the module of system of onboard self-diagnostics (see the Head Sistemy of electric equipment of the engine).

Turbocompressor

Details of installation of a turbocompressor (M612)

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove panels of finishing of a cover of a head of cylinders.
  2. Remove the air cleaner (see above).
  3. Remove protection of a case.
  4. Disconnect the giving vacuum line (1) from a transdyuser (Y31/5) of management of pressurization pressure.
  5. Remove an air duct of a path of pressurization (see above).
  6. Remove a collar (2) fastenings of a turbocompressor (3) to primary catalytic converter (4), - prepare a replaceable sealing cone (5).
  7. For Otboltita the maslopodayushchy line (6) from a case of the engine and a turbocompressor (3), - prepare replaceable sealing elements.
  8. Otboltite a basic arm (7) from the lower party of a turbocompressor (3).
  9. Remove a collar (8) of fastening of primary catalytic converter (4) to a pipe of system of production of the fulfilled gases (10), - prepare a replaceable sealing cone (5).
  10. Separate primary catalytic converter (4) from an engine case.
  11. Turn out bolts of fastening of a turbocompressor (3) to a final collector.
  12. Having given up, take a turbocompressor (3) from a motive compartment together with the drainage oil line (11), - prepare a replaceable sealing element.
  13. Disconnect the drainage line (10) from a turbocompressor (3), - prepare for collecting the spilled oil, in case of need prepare a replaceable sealing element.
  14. Installation is made upside-down. Track that the turbocompressor fastened on an arm (7) without distortions and tension.
  15. In conclusion check the level of the corresponding working liquids and make cleaning of the processor memory of system of onboard self-diagnostics (see the Head Sistemy of electric equipment of the engine).

Pressurization air cooler

Details of installation of a cooler of air of pressurization on models with the M612 engine (1 of 2)

Details of installation of a cooler of air of pressurization on models with the M612 engine (2 of 2)

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove protection of a case.
  2. Empty the cooling system (see the Head the Current leaving and service).
  3. Remove a radiator (see the Head of the Cooling system, heating, ventilation and air conditioning).
  4. Release fixing collars (3) and remove left (2) and the right (1) air inlets, - in case of need make replacement of a sealing ring.

Presence at sleeves of insignificant amount of oil is admissible and is explained by normal functioning of system of ventilation of a case.

  1. Disconnect hoses of a cooling path (4 and 5).
  2. Previously having marked sockets, disconnect an electrical wiring from sensors of temperature of cooling liquid (6 and 7).
  3. Disconnect an electrical wiring from the sensor of pressure of pressurization (8).
  4. Give nuts (10) and remove a basic arm (9).
  5. Remove fixing collars (11) and dismantle a cooler of air of pressurization (12), - the cooler should be separated at first from an arm, then to pull up and outside.
  6. Installation is made upside-down, - track correctness of landing of fixing collars (3).
  7. In conclusion make cleaning of the processor memory of system of onboard self-diagnostics (see the Head Sistemy of electric equipment of the engine).

Air cleaner and air filter

Details of installation of the filtering element of the air cleaner (M628)

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Having pulled up, uncover the power unit with the built-in air cleaner (1).
  2. Turn out fixing bolts (2), release clamps (3) and remove finishing panels (4/1 and 4/2).
  3. Take the filtering element (5) and establish instead of it replaceable, - track correctness of landing of an element.
  4. Further installation is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components.

Assemblies of air inlets with sensors of measurement of mass of air (MAF)

  4. Installation is made upside-down.

  2. Remove a cooling system fan casing (see the Head of the Cooling system, heating, ventilation and air conditioning).
  3. Remove a fixing bandage from assembly brackets (3), - the bandage is subject to replacement without fail.
  4. Disunite the socket (2) electrical wirings of the IAT (B17) sensor.
  5. Squeeze fixing brackets (arrows) and remove the IAT (B17) sensor.

In order to avoid damage of assembly brackets (3) do not remove and do not install the IAT sensor with the connected electrical wiring, - in case of damage of brackets the sensor is subject to replacement without fail!

  1. Installation is made upside-down, - do not forget to replace a sealing ring (4).
  2. In conclusion make cleaning of memory of the module of onboard self-diagnostics (see the Head Sistemy of electric equipment of the engine).

Air ducts of a path of pressurization

Left inlet sleeve

Details of installation of the left inlet sleeve of a path of pressurization of air (M628)

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. The car also establish to Poddomkratta it on props.
  2. Remove the air cleaner (see above).
  3. Remove assembly of the left air inlet (2) assembled with the MAF (B2/6) sensor (see above) and delay it in a wheel arch.
  4. Uncover (3) casings of an oil filter.
  5. Remove the block of an additional heater (A6) (see the Head of the Cooling system, heating, ventilation and air conditioning).
  6. Turn out bolts (5), release one nut on a longitudinal beam of a frame, disconnect a basic arm (6) from a frame and remove the thermofilter (4).
  7. Turn out a bolt (7) and remove a casing of ventilatory assembly (see the Head of the Cooling system, heating, ventilation and air conditioning).
  8. Install the screen of protection of the radiator/condenser of the air conditioning system (the metal or plastic plate of 400x680x1 mm in size equipped with a suitable basic arm).
  9. Remove the left lower air duct (see below).
  10. Turn out bolts (8) from a connecting flange (9) of a cooling path.
  11. Release a collar (10) and remove the left inlet sleeve of a path of pressurization of air (1).
  12. Installation is made upside-down.

Right inlet sleeve

Remove a casing of ventilatory assembly (see the Head of the Cooling system, heating, ventilation and air conditioning) and install the screen of protection of the radiator/condenser of the air conditioning system (the metal or plastic plate of 400x680x1 mm in size equipped with a suitable basic arm).
  7. Remove the right lower air duct (see below).
  8. Release a collar (6) and remove the left inlet sleeve of a path of pressurization of air (7).
  9. Installation is made upside-down.

Left lower air duct

Details of installation of the left lower air duct of a path of pressurization (M628)

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. The car also establish to Poddomkratta it on props
  2. Remove the air cleaner (see above).
  3. Release an air inlet (10) in a wheel arch.
  4. Remove a casing of ventilatory assembly (see the Head of the Cooling system, heating, ventilation and air conditioning) and install the screen of protection of the radiator/condenser of the air conditioning system (the metal or plastic plate of 400x680x1 mm in size equipped with a suitable basic arm).
  5. Remove the block of an additional heater (see the Head of the Cooling system, heating, ventilation and air conditioning).
  6. Turn out bolts (14), release one nut on a longitudinal beam of a frame, disconnect a basic arm (13) from a frame and remove the thermofilter (12).
  7. Turn out bolts (3 and 5) and remove connecting plates (4 and 6).
  8. Press a low pressure hose of the tank of the steering pump (16) and disconnect from the last a high-pressure hose (15), - prepare for collecting the spilled hydraulic liquid, at once a zakuporta the open ends of the line and the connecting union.
  9. Turn out fixing bolts (9), then delay an air duct (1) assembled with a connecting branch pipe (2) from a turbocompressor (8) and a cooler of air of pressurization (7) and remove it, having given forward.
  10. Installation is made upside-down, - in case of need replace sealing rings (1a and 2a).
  11. In conclusion do not forget to remove air from a path of GUR (see the Head Podvesk and steering).

Right lower air duct

Details of installation of the right lower air duct of a path of pressurization (M628)

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. The car also establish to Poddomkratta it on props
  2. Remove the air cleaner (see above).
  3. Remove a casing of ventilatory assembly (see the Head of the Cooling system, heating, ventilation and air conditioning) and install the screen of protection of the radiator/condenser of the air conditioning system (the metal or plastic plate of 400x680x1 mm in size equipped with a suitable basic arm).
  4. Turn out bolts (3) and remove a connecting plate (4).
  5. Turn out bolts (11 and 6).
  6. Turn out bolts (7) and remove a connecting plate (8).
  7. Delay an air duct (1) assembled with a connecting branch pipe (2) from a turbocompressor (9) and a cooler of air of pressurization (10) and remove it, having given back.
  8. Installation is made upside-down, - in case of need replace sealing rings (1a and 2a).

Intermediate air ducts

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the air cleaner (see above).
  2. Remove the activator of the drive of a butterfly valve assembled with the top air ducts (4) (see below).
  3. Remove the fuel filter.
  4. Turn out bolts (5) and remove the right intermediate air duct (1).
  5. Disconnect the vacuum block (8) of the drive of disconnection of inlet port from draft (9), then turn out a bolt (7) and take the block (8) aside.
  6. Turn out bolts (6) and remove the left intermediate air duct (2).
  7. Installation is made upside-down, - in case of need make replacement of sealing rings (10 and 11).

  4. Remove the activator of the drive of a butterfly valve assembled with the top air ducts.
  5. Remove intermediate air ducts (see above), - in case of need prepare replaceable sealing rings (3d and 4d).
  6. Remove the vacuum line (1) of the brake amplifier.
  7. Remove the toplivoraspredelitelny highway (see the Section Removal and installation of the fuel distributive highway and nozzles), - only at the left.
  8. Remove EGR activators (Y27/9 and Y27/10)
  9. Turn out bolts (2a) and remove a connecting branch pipe (2), - in case of need prepare replaceable sealing rings (2b).
  10. Turn out bolts (4a and 4s) and remove the top half of the left section of the air distributor (4), - prepare replaceable sealing laying (4b).
  11. Remove the vacuum block (21/7).
  12. Turn out bolts (3a and 3s) and remove the top half of the right section of the air distributor (3), - prepare replaceable sealing laying (3b).
  13. Disconnect vacuum hoses from vacuum control units (5s and 6s).
  14. Remove a cooler of EGR (7) (see the Section Removal and installation of a cooler of EGR).
  15. Turn out bolts (5a and 6a) and remove airdistributing highways (5 and 6) with drives of shutdown of inlet ports.
  16. Installation is made upside-down.

  1. Remove the air cleaner (see above).
  2. Remove a casing of ventilatory assembly (see the Head of the Cooling system, heating, ventilation and air conditioning).
  3. Disconnect an electrical wiring from the sensor of pressure (B28).
  4. Turn out bolts (4, 5) and take aside the line of a cooling path (6).
  5. Turn out bolts (7) and remove a connecting plate (8).
  6. Turn out bolts (9 and 10) and take aside the line of a cooling path (11).
  7. Turn out bolts (12 and 13) and disconnect a tube of EGR (3), - prepare a replaceable sealing ring.
  8. Separate an air duct (2) from intermediate sleeves (14 and 15), prepare replaceable sealing rings.
  9. Disconnect an electrical wiring from the activator of the drive of a butterfly valve (M16/5).
  10. Remove the IAT sensor (see above).
  11. Having pulled, separate the activator (M16/5) from a cooler of air of pressurization and remove it assembled with air ducts (1 and 2) and a tube of EGR (3), - in case of need prepare replaceable sealing rings.
  12. Installation is made upside-down, - the damaged sealing elements have to be replaced.

Turbocompressors

Right turbocompressor

Details of installation of the right turbocompressor (M628)

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. The car also establish to Poddomkratta it on props.
  2. Remove protection of a case.
  3. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
  4. Remove the catalytic converter / lobby section of system of production of the fulfilled gases (see the Section Removal and installation of system of production of the fulfilled gases).
  5. Remove the air cleaner and an air inlet assembled with the MAF sensor (see above).
  6. Remove a casing of ventilatory assembly (see the Head of the Cooling system, heating, ventilation and air conditioning).
  7. Remove the right lower air duct (9) and an entrance sleeve of system of pressurization (10) (see above).
  8. Remove a starter (see the Head Sistemy of electric equipment of the engine).
  9. Remove the thermofilter in an arch of the right forward wheel.
  10. Give a nut (1) on a final collector and a bolt (2) lines of supply of oil (110/3) on a head of cylinders, - prepare a replaceable sealing ring.

Самоконтрящаяся the nut (1) is subject to replacement without fail, in case of need replace also a bolt.

  1. Turn out bolts (3) fastenings to a turbocompressor (110) lines of removal of oil (110/4) and delay the last from the engine, - prepare for collecting the spilled oil and pick up replaceable sealing laying (from a turbocompressor) and a sealant (from the engine).
  2. Turn out a bolt (4) on a support (5) of a turbocompressor (110).
  3. Turn out bolts (6), disunite the socket (7) and release from clamps a plait of an electrical wiring (8).
  4. Having given back, remove a turbocompressor (110), then an otboltita from it the line of supply of oil (110/3), - prepare replaceable sealing laying.
  5. Installation is made upside-down.
  6. In conclusion check levels of the corresponding working liquids, in case of need make adjustment.

Left turbocompressor

Details of installation of the left turbocompressor (M628)

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. The car also establish to Poddomkratta it on props.
  2. Remove protection of a case.
  3. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
  4. Remove the catalytic converter / lobby section of system of production of the fulfilled gases (see the Section Removal and installation of system of production of the fulfilled gases).
  5. Remove the air cleaner and an air inlet assembled with the MAF sensor (see above).
  6. Remove a casing of ventilatory assembly (see the Head of the Cooling system, heating, ventilation and air conditioning).
  7. Remove the block of an additional heater (see the Head of the Cooling system, heating, ventilation and air conditioning).
  8. Remove the left lower air duct (8) and an entrance sleeve of system of pressurization (9) (see above).
  9. Remove the thermofilter in an arch of the left forward wheel.
  10. Give a nut (1) on a final collector and a bolt (2) lines of supply of oil (110/3) on a head of cylinders, - prepare a replaceable sealing ring.

Самоконтрящаяся the nut (1) is subject to replacement without fail, in case of need replace also a bolt.

  1. Turn out bolts (3) fastenings to a turbocompressor (110) lines of removal of oil (110/4) and delay the last from the engine, - prepare for collecting the spilled oil and pick up replaceable sealing laying (from a turbocompressor) and a sealant (from the engine).
  2. Turn out a bolt (4) on a support (5) of a turbocompressor (110).
  3. Turn out bolts (6), disunite the socket (7) and release from clamps a plait of an electrical wiring (8).
  4. Having given back, remove a turbocompressor (110), then an otboltita from it the line of supply of oil (110/3), - prepare replaceable sealing laying.
  5. Installation is made upside-down.
  6. In conclusion check levels of the corresponding working liquids, in case of need make adjustment.

Pressurization air cooler

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. The car also establish to Poddomkratta it on props.
  2. Remove the air cleaner (see above).
  3. Remove protection of a case.
  4. Install the screen of protection of the radiator/condenser of the air conditioning system (the metal or plastic plate of 400x680x1 mm in size equipped with a suitable basic arm).
  5. Turn out bolts (5).
  6. Give a nut (4a), turn out a bolt (4b) and remove a basic arm (4s).
  7. Empty the cooling system (see the Head of the Cooling system, heating, ventilation and air conditioning).
  8. Disconnect lines of a cooling path (8, 9 and 10).
  9. Turn out bolts (15 and 6) and remove connecting plates (16 and 7).
  10. Turn out bolts (11) and separate an air duct (1) assembled with an intermediate sleeve (2) from assembly of a cooler of air of pressurization (4).
  11. Separate from an air duct (1) and remove an intermediate sleeve (2).
  12. Separate a cooler (4) from the activator of the drive of a butterfly valve (M16/5) with an intermediate air duct (3) and take it from a motive compartment.
  13. Installation is made upside-down, - do not forget to replace the failed sealing elements (2a and 3a).
  14. In conclusion fill the cooling system, modify the level of cooling liquid and check a path of system for existence of signs of development of leaks.
