6.3.2. Checks of system of injection of fuel

Before starting to implementation of the procedure, get acquainted with the precautionary measures given in the Section General information and security measures.

At identification of signs of violation of serviceability of functioning of system of injection of fuel, first of all check reliability of delay in all nipple connections of a path of a power supply system. Make sure that the elementary neglect to performing procedures of regular service is not a cause of infringement, - check a condition of the air cleaner and fuel filter, perform measurement of working gaps of valves, compression pressure in cylinders, etc. Make sure of passability of hoses of system of ventilation of a case (see the Head the Current leaving and service).

Alternatively reading of the DTC codes can be made by means of the personal computer equipped with a special payment with the established software, - for connection of the computer to the DLC socket the special cable is used. By reading of codes the operator can easily reveal even the hidden refusals.

Remember that any nonprofessional intervention in the device of a control system of the engine is accompanied by risk of irreversible failure of electronic components!

Turns of idling of the engine can be measured by means of the special tachometer intended for use on diesel engines, however adjustment of this parameter is not represented possible. Violation of serviceability of functioning of nozzles which have to be in this situation cleared and calibrated can be a reason for rejection of turns of idling from adjusting value. Service life of nozzles is unlimited, however at excess by a run of the car of 100 000 km the probability of their refusals increases, - performing procedures of recovery repair and calibration of nozzles should be charged to specialists of car service.
