6.3.16. Removal and installation of the module of management of fuel injection

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. On models of the corresponding complete set (ET2 code) activate the service mode of system of an emergency call of TELE AID (see the Section Activation/deactivation of the Service Mode of System of an Emergency Call of TELE AID).
  1. Turn on the auxiliary accumulator and connect it to the regular battery, then disconnect from the last a negative wire and insulate the polar plug. If the battery is removed from the car, disconnect from it also positive wire.

    7 — the Auxiliary accumulator
    8 — the Plug of a positive wire of the module
    9 — the Plug of a negative wire of the module
    W10 — Grounding of the battery
  1. Remove the carpet panel in the right forward foot well.
  2. Without disconnecting an electrical wiring, dismantle the forward module of perception and activation of a signal (SAM) (see the Head Onboard electric equipment).
  3. Give a nut (1).
  4. Previously having turned out screws (2), remove an arm (5).
  5. Give nuts (3) and disunite sockets (5, 6, 7, 8 and 9), - do not forget to release clamps where they are provided.
  6. Having given down and back, remove the module of management CDI (N3/9) from the dashboard.
  7. Turn out bolts (11) and separate the module from a basic arm (4).
  8. Installation is made upside-down, - at the corresponding complete set (ET2 code) deactivate the service mode of the TELE AID system (see the Section Activation/deactivation of the Service Mode of System of an Emergency Call of TELE AID).
  9. In conclusion make reading of the DTC codes and cleaning of memory of system of onboard self-diagnostics (see the Head Sistemy of electric equipment of the engine).

The SAM module is removed assembled with the assembly block of safety locks/relay.

  1. Give a nut (1).
  2. Turn out screws (2).
  3. Give nuts (3).
  4. Disunite sockets (5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10), - do not forget to release clamps where they are provided.
  5. Having given down and back, remove the module of management CDI (N39/2) from the dashboard.
  6. Turn out bolts (11) and separate the module from a basic arm (4).
  7. Installation is made upside-down, - at the corresponding complete set (ET2 code) deactivate the service mode of the TELE AID system (see the Section Activation/deactivation of the Service Mode of System of an Emergency Call of TELE AID).
  8. In conclusion make reading of the DTC codes and cleaning of memory of system of onboard self-diagnostics (see the Head Sistemy of electric equipment of the engine).
