 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove panels (1 and 2) of finishing of a cover of a head of cylinders.
  2. The car also establish to Poddomkratta it on props.
  3. Remove protection of a case.
  4. Empty the cooling system (see the Head the Current leaving and service).
  5. Remove overflow lines (3).
  6. Remove a sleeve of the air fence (4) air cleaners which is put up on a wing mudguard.
  7. Remove a decorative front grille (see the Head Kuzov).
  8. Remove the top cross beam of a front (5) and take it aside assembled with the cowl lock.
  9. Release spring clamps (6) of fastening of a casing of ventilatory assembly.
  10. Put the holder on bolts of a driving pulley of the fan, - track correctness of landing of the holder (see an illustration of the Detail of installation of a krylchatka of the fan with a viscous clutch coupling on petrol models).
  11. By means of the screw-driver (9) and a dynamometer key (10) weaken the central bolt (11) having right-hand cutting, then take ventilatory assembly (complete with a casing) from a motive compartment.
  12. Otboltite a krylchatka (8) from the coupling (7).
  13. Installation is made upside-down. Krylchatka (8) has to be established by marking of "FRONT" in the direction of the movement forward, - on a landing ring there is a directing ledge. Track also that fixing uvulas (shooters) of a casing got to basic knots assembly and from below on a radiator.
  14. In conclusion check the cooling system for existence of signs of development of leaks.

  2. Separate from a radiator and take aside the ventilating line (1), prepare a replaceable bandage.
  3. Remove a decorative lattice (2) (see the Head Kuzov).
  4. Turn out bolts (5) and remove the top cross beam of a front (6), - do not forget to release a cowl latch otpuskaniye drive cable from clamps.
  5. Disunite the socket of an electrical wiring (7) on a casing (8) of ventilatory assembly.
  6. The car also establish to Poddomkratta it on props.
  7. Remove protection of a case.
  8. Turn out a fixing bolt (9), release clamps (1) and release a casing (8) of ventilatory assembly from guides on a radiator and basic arms of the last.
  9. Installation is made upside-down.
  10. In conclusion check the cooling system for existence of signs of development of leaks.
