Brake mechanisms of forward wheels

Details of installation of a support of the fixed type of the brake mechanism of a forward wheel

5 — the Brake line
31 — the Support
35 — Bolts

S10/1 — the Sensor of wear of brake shoes of the left forward wheel
S10/1x1 — the Contact block of the sensor

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Disconnect from a support (31) the brake line (5), - at once to a zakuporta the open end of a tube.
  2. Release the sensor of wear of blocks (S10/1 or S10/2) from a contact block (S10/1x1 or S10/2x1).
  3. Turn out a contact block (S10/1 or S10/2) from a support (31).
  4. Otboltite a support (31) from assembly of a rotary fist.
  5. Installation is made upside-down, - do not forget to replace the microencapsulated bolts (35).
  6. In conclusion pump over a hydraulic path (see the Section Pumping of the Brake System) and check serviceability of functioning of brakes.

Details of installation of a support of the floating type of the brake mechanism of a back wheel (2 of 2)

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Press and disconnect from a support (2) a brake hose (1).
  2. Separate a support (2) from an anchor bracket (6), - prepare the replaceable hidden directing microencapsulated bolts (3).
  3. Disconnect the sensor of wear of brake shoes (it is installed only in the mechanism of the right back wheel).
  4. By means of suitable adaptation wring out the piston (4) in the cylinder, - prepare for collecting the liquid which is forced out from the GTTs tank.
  5. Smooth out a support a special brush.
  6. Check a support (2) for existence of signs of development of leaks, check a condition of a boot of the piston (4). Replace defective components (support/boot).
  7. Installation is made upside-down, - do not forget to replace the microencapsulated bolts (3).
  8. In conclusion pump over a hydraulic path (see the Section Pumping of the Brake System) and check serviceability of functioning of brakes.
